Job Description:

Skillinate is transforming corporate learning, and we need a Digital Marketing Officer to tell that story. You'll own our digital strategy, from content marketing to paid campaigns, building Skillinate as the go-to brand for workforce transformation.

Your Mission:Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, build brand awareness, and support revenue growth across US, Europe, and LatAm markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals (ARR target: €9M)
  • Manage content marketing: blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Optimize website for conversion (landing pages, CTAs, forms)
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation (HubSpot)
  • Grow and engage social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
  • Develop SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and rankings
  • Create and manage webinar programs and virtual events
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics (CAC, conversion rates, MQL/SQL pipeline)
  • Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead handoff and nurturing

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech
  • Proven track record of generating leads and pipeline through digital channels
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize campaigns based on metrics
  • Experience marketing to HR/L&D decision-makers
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Experience in EdTech or corporate learning industry
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Video editing and multimedia content creation
  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Multilingual content creation capabilities
  • Experience with PR and media relations
