Job Description:
Skillinate is transforming corporate learning, and we need a Digital Marketing Officer to tell that story. You'll own our digital strategy, from content marketing to paid campaigns, building Skillinate as the go-to brand for workforce transformation.
Your Mission:Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, build brand awareness, and support revenue growth across US, Europe, and LatAm markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals (ARR target: €9M)
- Manage content marketing: blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Optimize website for conversion (landing pages, CTAs, forms)
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation (HubSpot)
- Grow and engage social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- Develop SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and rankings
- Create and manage webinar programs and virtual events
- Track and analyze marketing metrics (CAC, conversion rates, MQL/SQL pipeline)
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead handoff and nurturing
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech
- Proven track record of generating leads and pipeline through digital channels
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize campaigns based on metrics
- Experience marketing to HR/L&D decision-makers
- Strong project management and organizational skills
