Job Description:
Skillinate is building a white-label LMS platform and custom learning solutions at startup velocity. We need a Full-Stack Developer who can architect features, ship code quickly, and scale systems to support our growing client base.
Your Mission:Design, develop, and maintain Skillinate's learning platform infrastructure, from backend APIs to frontend user experiences, ensuring performance, security, and scalability for global deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our white-label LMS platform (multi-tenant architecture)
- Build new features for learning delivery, content management, and analytics
- Create RESTful APIs for integrations (SCORM, xAPI, SSO, payment gateways)
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks
- Implement real-time features (progress tracking, live dashboards, notifications)
- Optimize database queries and application performance
- Ensure security best practices (GDPR compliance, data encryption, authentication)
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs
- Write clean, documented, testable code
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in full-stack web development
- Strong proficiency in:
- Backend: Node.js, Python, or Ruby (with frameworks like Express, Django, Rails)
- Frontend: React, Vue, or Angular
- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications
- Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and make technical decisions

- Experience with learning management systems or EdTech platforms
- Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS integrations
- Experience with video streaming and CDN optimization
- Understanding of AI/ML integration (LLMs, recommendation engines)
- DevOps skills (Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code)
- Mobile development experience (React Native)
