Your Mission:Design and develop interactive learning experiences across our academy portfolio (AI, Luxury, Custom solutions) using neuroscience-backed methodologies that ensure knowledge retention and practical application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end learning experiences using our SmartLearning™ framework
- Transform subject matter expert content into engaging micro-learning modules (10-15 minutes)
- Create interactive scenarios, assessments, and practice activities that mirror real business challenges
- Collaborate with AI tools to accelerate content production while maintaining pedagogical quality
- Develop storyboards and learning pathways optimized for adult learners
- Analyze learner data to continuously improve course effectiveness
- Ensure accessibility and multilingual adaptation of learning content
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or related field
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories and cognitive science principles
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative e-learning design (micro-learning, scenario-based, interactive)
- Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar)
- Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM standards
- Strong visual design sensibility and storytelling abilities
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze learning metrics
